Why we started Northeast Rising Damp and Ventilation

I started North East Damp & Ventilation after working in damp proofing and ventilation and seeing how many homes suffer from damp and condensation problems. My aim is to help homeowners find the right solution for their property, whether that’s damp proofing, improved ventilation or condensation control. I believe in doing the job properly and providing long-term solutions rather than quick fixes. We cover County Durham and the North East and offer advice, and installations for damp proofing, rising damp treatment, PIV systems, air ventilation, condensation and loft ventilation.

Our process starts when a customer contacts us about a damp, condensation or ventilation problem. We arrange a visit to inspect the property and identify the cause of the issue. Once we have diagnosed the problem, we explain the recommended solution and provide a quote for the work. If the customer is happy to proceed, we arrange a suitable date to carry out the work. We complete the work professionally and aim to provide long-term solutions to prevent damp and condensation problems returning.
