The treatment waterproofs masonry while allowing it to remain breathable and provides energy conservation and durability through a single-coat application.
Protecting brick and render
We apply specialised coatings that help shield brickwork and render from erosion, cracking and discolouration, extending their lifespan and maintaining structural integrity. Extra Flex Masonry Paint is a flexible masonry paint suited to exterior masonry, roughcast, pebble-dash, brickwork, cement and concrete rendered surfaces. Its modified acrylic blend creates a flexible microporous coating that moves with the substrate where conventional masonry paint may split. It stretches up to 400% on exterior walls to help prevent cracking and peeling while providing a smooth, long-lasting finish. The paint can bridge hairline cracks and can also be used as an anti-carbonation coating to help prevent concrete from spalling.
